Get to grips with Wholesale Ethernet diagnostics or broadband’s Knowledge Based Diagnostics (KBD) in just five minutes.
That’s what’s on offer when you take advantage of our new podcasts: the latest e-learning option available at BT Wholesale’s Academy Learning Management Portal.
Created in response to customer requests and recently trialled with the help of customers, there are currently two podcasts. The first talks you through all the essentials of analysing and reporting a Wholesale Ethernet fault. The second introduces you to the many ways you can gain from KBD to give your broadband customers an even better service and potentially cut your costs.
Each podcast combines an audio guide with a visual on-screen display – either slides or video – and because they last only five minutes, they’re a fast and effective way to add to your skills or refresh your knowledge at any time you choose.

That helps us to bridge the gap between what we know and what they need to know to get the most out of a new tool or a new product. The podcasts join the wide variety of other free e-learning courses about BT Wholesale products, services and processes already on offer at the Academy Learning Management Portal – and it’s a prospectus that’s growing and evolving fast to meet your needs. Ailsa adds: “We want customers to tell us what subjects they’d find most useful and most relevant as a podcast. So we look forward to your suggestions and to working together to develop them.”
